"What is your Return Policy?"
    If you're not happy, we're not happy! We have a 60 day no hassle return policy. Contact us if you need an exchange or return. Returns must have Signature Confirmation and a tracking number when sent so you'll know we received

"What payments do you take?"
     Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, e-check/ debit, Paypal. Click "Check out" to go to the very secure Paypal site.  You can click "don't have a Paypal account" and fill out credit card info. Make sure to click through ALL "buttons"! You're transaction is complete when you receive a receipt from Paypal. Debit cards take 3-8 days to clear-just like old fashioned checks. We still take paper checks- just contact us to hold your item so it won't sell out before your check gets here. Florida Residents pay 6.5% tax.

"Can I charge by phone?"
We can walk you through Checkout if needed. Paypal has over 144 million active accounts and you can buy online without sharing financial info. SO, if you buy from 50 online stores, only one place has your card info..Paypal.  Merchants only see the item, address, name and email. Paypal converts foreign currency, authorizes payments, processes electronic checks, debit cards, all credit cards, issues invoices and does basic accounting and shipping so there's no need for us to use separate companies.

"When will my  Order arrive?"
Items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment allowing for Sundays and holidays so if you need to make a change please contact us within a few hours! We'll only contact you if there's a question about your Order so please use an active email and check all of your inboxes. Double check your info! If shipping to your business address please write  C/O  or Att "your name" after the business name. College housing also needs the Street name under the Hall name. Double check your Paypal receipt and if you need  to change something contact us soon so we can  manually correct it. If we're unable to reach you about an Order we may cancel the order after 4 days. If USPS can't find the address( it HAS happened a couple of times) it may just be that "North" "South" or an Apt number was omitted.

USA Shipping:
   USA orders receive an email with tracking when it ships so you'll need an active email. Check your inbox, junk mail/spam for it. Orders over $60, with a P.O Box, Apt # or addresses with multiple people (a university, office, etc.) come with "Signature Required" for your protection from 'Porch Pirates'. Priority Mail packages are Insured as are First Class packages over $100.

INT'L SHIPPING:
   Tracking is not available with First class International mail but you will receive a customs number trackable from your Country's post office once it arrives at your Customs Office. Remember, some Customs departments are slower than others.
Priority Mail is required by some Countries and packages over $75 that are not available for INS are sent Registered for signature.
   Some countries now prohibit Sterling silver and gold OR have specific ways Sterling needs to be sent- (priority only, insured, registered, etc.)

Do you engrave?
​   There's room on the back of our guitar picks and keyboards for engraving, however, we don't engrave. Most local jewelers charge more because they outsource the work so we suggest using "Things Remembered" at your local mall. They do a nice job, are reasonably priced and you can observe the work they do. They charge $10 for the first word and $3.00 for each additional word. How do I leave feedback or review an item?
  We love hearing from our customers! We don't use an outside company to gather reviews so there's no worry that people are paid for their reviews. Our feedback comes from persons like yourself who have received their items and emailed us their comments through our contact page or to emailed us at backstagejewelry@live.com. We only use initials and the city/state/Country to keep our customers identities private.

*UK, Australia, S. Africa and Canada have tighter restrictions and require us to add Ins, register items, use only Priority mail or only send items considered costume jewelry.
