If you're not happy, we're not happy! We have a 60 day no hassle return policy. Contact us if you need an exchange or return. Returns must have Signature Confirmation and a tracking number so you'll know we received it. Postage is not refundable as the Post office has that. Shipping/ handling
You will receive a receipt from us and also Paypal after Ordering. When you receive the Paypal receipt you'll know the transaction is complete. Be sure to check your receipt!  Make sure your shipping address is correct,  includes apt numbers or name of your business if applicable.
You will receive an email with a tracking  number when it ships.

*NOTE: Shipping and handling are ONE charge written on separate lines, you're only charged once.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Shipping charges do not include tariffs or taxes your Country may charge you. Some Countries have *restrictions on Sterling so please check your Country's Customs Requirements:
*UK, Australia, S. Africa and Canada have tighter restrictions and require us to add Ins, register items, use only Priority mail or only send items considered costume jewelry.
