"What payments do you take?" Can I Charge by Phone?"
Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and debit cards all go through the secure Paypal site. Click through ALL buttons. When you receive a receipt your transaction is complete. Florida Residents pay 6.5% tax.
We take payments online only. Paypal has over 160 million active accounts and you can buy online without sharing financial info. SO, if you buy from 50 online stores, only one place has your card info..Paypal. Merchants only see your item, address, name and email. Paypal converts foreign currency, authorizes, processes debit cards/credit cards, invoices and does basic accounting and shipping so there's no need to use separate banks.
"When will my Order arrive?"
Items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (48 for Sundays/ Holidays)
Arrival is determined by the tracking number and during holidays and bad weather can take a few days longer.
We'll only contact you if there's a question about your Order so please use an active email and check all folders. Double check your Paypal receipt and if you need to change something contact us soon so we can correct it on our end. If we're unable to reach you about an Order we may cancel the order after 4 days. If USPS can't find the address (it HAS happened!) it may just be that "North""South"or an Apt number was omitted.

USA Shipping:
USA orders receive a tracking # so check all inboxes.Orders over $75, with an Apt # or addresses with multiple people (a university, office, etc.) come with "Signature Required" for your protection. Priority Mail packages are Insured.
INT'L SHIPPING:
As of April 10, 2025 we do not ship outside of the USA. Please check back after 2028!
Shipping/ handling: Shipping (postage) and handling (packing supplies) are ONE charge written on separate lines, you're only charged once.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates are calculated at checkout by location, weight and cost. Contact us with any shipping questions. Again, Sorry that we have stopped shipping internationally for now, you know.....tariffs.
Do you engrave?
There's room on the back of our guitar picks and keyboards for engraving, however, we don't engrave. Most local jewelers charge more because they outsource the work so we suggest using "Things Remembered" at your local mall where you can observe the work they do. Visit: Thingsremembered.com
