Returns:
If you're not happy, we're not happy! We have a 60 day no hassle return policy with refunds up to 45 days and exchanges up to 60 days. Contact us to let us know if you need an exchange or return. Returns must have Signature Confirmation or a tracking number added
when sent so you will know we received your package.
Contact us by email anytime- even after store hours! You can also call 407-414-0207 during our store hours, 10AM- 6PM EST.,
Mon -Sat.

What payments do you take?
Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, e-check/ debit, Paypal. Click "Check out" to go to the very secure Paypal site. If you don't have a
Paypal account, just click "don't have an account" and fill out the credit card info. Make sure to click through ALL "buttons"! You'll know
the transaction is complete when you get a receipt from Paypal. Debit cards are processed as echecks and take 3-9 days to clear-just like old fashioned checks. Btw, we still take paper checks- just contact us so we can put your items aside so it won't sell out before your check gets here. Florida Residents pay 6.5% tax.

Can I charge by phone?
We can walk you through the Paypal checkout if you need us to. Paypal has over 144 million active accounts and you can buy online without sharing financial info even if you don't have a Paypal account. SO, if you buy from 50 online stores, only one place has your card info..Paypal. Merchants only see the item, address, name and email. Paypal converts foreign currency, authorizes payments, processes electronic checks, debit cards, credit cards, issues invoices and does basic accounting and shipping so there's no need for us to use separate companies.

When will my Order arrive?
Items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment allowing for Sundays and holidays. We'll only contact you about your order if
needed so please use an active email and check all of your inboxes.. Please double check your info. Sometimes an address is "Unconfirmed" because a business address is used without including the business name so please write" Att: your name" after the
business name. College housing also needs the Street name under the Hall name. Please review your Paypal receipt and contact us
within an hour if you need to correct something. If we're unable to reach you about an Order that needs more info we may cancel the order after 4 days. If USPS can't find the address it may just be that "North" "South" or an Apt number was ommitted....it's
usually something simple. Echecks and paper checks clear in 4-9 days and then ship.

USA Shipping:
Tracking is included on USA orders and you'll receive an email when it ships. Orders over $50, with a P.O Box, Apt # or
addresses with multiple people (a university, office, etc.) come with "Signature Required" for your protection and also so you're package
is not sitting all day on your doorstep while you're away. Priority Mail packages are Insured as are First Class packages over $85.

INT'L SHIPPING:
Tracking is not available with First class International mail but you will receive a customs number trackable from your Country's post
office once it arrives at your Customs Office. Remember, some Customs departments are slower than others. International Orders over $50 sent First class mail may be sent in separate packages for your safety (as in not "putting all your eggs in one basket")
Priority Mail (insured to $50 ) is required by some
Countries and packages that are not available for INS are sent Registered for signature.

Some countries are now prohibiting Sterling silver and gold. Please check your countries restrictions. Many have specific ways Sterling
needs to be sent- priority only, insured, registered, etc. and we try to stay on top of that.

Do you engrave?
​There is room on the back of the guitar picks and keyboards above the logo for engraving. We don't engrave and most local jewelers charge more because they outsource the work so we suggest using "Things Remembered" at your local mall. They do a nice job, are reasonably priced and you can observe the work they do. They charge $10 for the first word and $3.00 for each additional word. How do I leave feedback or review an item?
We love hearing from our customers! We don't use an outside company to gather reviews so there's no worry that people are paid for their reviews. Our feedback comes from persons like yourself who have received their items and emailed us their comments through our website or to our email at backstagejewelry@live.com. We only use initials and the city/state/Country to keep our customers identities private.
